If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
1. General Overview
Canplay Casino ("the Casino," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online gaming platform offering casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and promotional bonuses to players located in Canada. All monetary values on our platform are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD / CA$). We do not accept wagers in USD or EUR, and all deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and limits are denominated exclusively in CA$.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and Canplay Casino. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 19 years of age to register and play on Canplay Casino. This minimum age applies to players in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and most other Canadian provinces. In Quebec and Manitoba, the minimum legal gambling age is 18; however, Canplay Casino applies a universal minimum of 19 years across all jurisdictions to ensure consistent compliance with the majority of Canadian provincial laws.
By registering, you declare that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your province or territory of residence.
2.2 Residency and Jurisdictional Eligibility
Canplay Casino accepts players from Canada. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using our platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your province or territory. Canadian online gambling is governed on a provincial basis:
- Ontario: Regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) through iGaming Ontario (iGO), which launched in April 2022 as Canada's largest regulated online gambling market.
- British Columbia: Overseen by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC).
- Alberta: Regulated by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC).
- Other provinces and territories: Players in provinces without a specific iGaming regulatory framework may access the platform subject to applicable local laws.
We reserve the right to restrict access to players from specific provinces or territories if required by law or regulatory guidance.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect that a player has registered multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.
2.4 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact email. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
